With our patented aluminium drawing technology we have provided technical assistance in the UK since 1994.
By applying our core drawing technology in the manufacturing process and adding various surface finishes, we have develeped a wide range of products and greatly increased the uses to which our drawing technology can be put.
Integrated manufacturing system
One of Nihon Shinkan's strengths is our integrated manufacturing process that allows us to draw products with high precision (including irregular-shapes, cladding, etc), process the drawn products (pressing, bending, welding, cutting, and turning), and apply various surface treatments (anodizing, special coatings).
With our well established integrated manufacturing system, we are capable of producing finished parts from the beginning to the end without relying on another company, and therefore we can be sure of supplying high quality aluminium products to our customers.
Proven record of half a century in processing aluminium
Nihon Shinkan was established in 1967 and has been devoted to aluminium processing for 50 years.
The technology we have developed and know-how we have gained during that time are the foundation of our outstanding product-developing capability and resulting high quality aluminium products, which are highly trusted and valued by our loyal customers.
In particular, the aluminium drawing technique that we have been improving since our establishment is highly valued in Japan and overseas. We have obtained various patents for our drawing technology internationally.
Our production takes place at our own plants in Japan and Thailand.
Nihon Shinkan has two plants in Japan, our Honsha (head office) plant in Saitama and our Shirakawa plant in Fukushima. We also have a plant in Thailand.
We can flexibly assist you with orders no matter how small or large the quantity. We can also meet your delivery demands even at short notice.
Our research and development centre located at Shirakawa plant enables us to respond to orders promptly by reducing the time we spend on design, development, and manufacture of products.
