As a manufacture of drawn aluminum tubing, we have developed original technologies for many fields to respond effectively to the needs of the times since our founding in 1967.
By being able to actively participate in all phases of the aluminum tubing manufacturing process, from extruding, machining and providing surface treatment, we have been able to reduce cost and earn the trust of our customers along with ensuring the quality of our products.
We pride ourselves in keeping in touch with the needs of end users and staying on the cutting edge of development.
In addition, we also do business with companies overseas, such as BA Tubes Limited in England and Xerox in Holland.
We also export products and along with technical skills and use trainees regularly.
As a specialist in aluminum tubing, each and every one of our employees is doing his best to make Nihon Shinkan the "world's best little company."
ISO9002 certification (office and mfg. facilities)
We kicked off our ISO9002 activities aiming to satisfy our customers by providing the best quality possible. The objectives of our efforts are: to be the first company involved in aluminum drawing to obtain ISO certification, to earn the trust of our customers, and to tie it into business expansion through reliable quality.
We began working on ISO9002 certification in July 2000, were examined at the beginning of March 2001, and were certified on April 9, 2001. It was a hectic nine months, but each and every one of our employees gave his all to obtaining our goal. The basic plan of these activities called for establishing a quality control system that provide our customers with satisfaction and having our employees strictly adhere to rules and regulations.
Instead of being satisfied with just being certified, all employees at both our office and factory have worked daily to improve on what we are doing to make a more perfect quality control system and enhance customer satisfaction by providing even more reliable products.
