In addition to high-reliability extruded aluminum piping and machine tooled products, Nihon Shinkan offers high-quality products treated with hard alumite. There are few companies in the business that can handle everything from metal machining to surface treatment. Our total production system including drawing, machining and alumite treatment has earned us the trust of users. Besides hard alumite, we also offer regular alumite and black alumite treatment. "Ultrahard" 500 micrometer barrier coating is a result of high technology born of experience and know-how accumulated over many years in the business.

    New technology: Ultrahard (200 micrometer, Hv500)

    Ultrahard is an ultra-hard coating anodized by mixed organic acids having superior characteristics.

    The high-quality product is abrasion resistant, can withstand high voltage, and is not subject to cracking and distortion after machine tooling.

    Ultrahard is also proven to offer five time the wear resistance of SUS303.
